Enforcement Issue

So I've been playing xboxlive for over 10 years straight on the same account, and I've never had to deal with any issues regarding reputation or anything like that. I've got an "avoid me rep" because apparently people have enormous issues with trash talking
these days. How am I supposed to fix this? You can't find any matches on overwatch at all because your reputation is avoid me and you can't improve it because you can't find any games. When I go to the enforcement page it shows I had a green rep last month
and now it's red (avoid me). So much for "A user who routinely receives lots of negative feedback and causes trouble in the community." This is clearly not true even by just the 6 month history let alone the actual history of my account over the 10 years I've
paid for xboxlive. Once again, how can I fix an issue where I can only fix the issue by not having the issue in the first place? This system is ridiculous and that the other major console (ps4) has not been stupid enough to issue catch-22 pseudo-bans to their
paying customers and let me tell you, it makes sense why Xbox is dying when radical systems are being implemented that shove people away from sticking with the console.

You can post here:
forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx to see if you have received a communications suspension. Other then that, if your rep falls too low on the ONE your communications can be restricted. The enforcement site may not have updated yet.

getting banned for trash talking is like trying to reform half of the community, wasted resources, and it takes the fun out of gaming, they say gaming in itself should be peaceful and fun, without trash talking but thats bs

Since you are one of the few people who admit their mistake

Remember trashtalking is considered bad

Sportmans like behaviour and following the above link will help

 

Also dispute what you think all consoles actually use the avoid me system

Players have the right to avoid bad players

They also can file complaints

Avoid.me tag doesn't affect your rep but their complaints do

The community checks the complaint and then issues demerits if found true

And yes trash talking is unsportmanlike it

Best to play nice with others as the same rules applies to all consoles

You will in forward shock if you don't think other consoles.dont issue avoid me status

Sony.would be the biggest.target.in the world if they don't enforce it

Ngocphi, I made sure to tell support how you are treating people as an ambassador. Two this is an ongoing issue since the E3 update. Ive been a member for 9yrs and cannot play over watch. Now I took the bs advice played world of tanks for hours, plant vs
gardenwarfare 2 for 3 days straight literally nonstop, guess what no movement in my rep bar. Also quit copying and pasting enforcement policy, most of us know it better than you after what we have endured. This needs to be addressed an fixed asap, or we need
real answers.

 

So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.

 

And this atm is the biggest issue in your forums right now, wonder why?

Ngocphi isn't treating anyone anyway.He's just simply stating the facts.When it comes to situations like this all we can really do is copy and paste the information. Thats all we on the forums can do as we DON'T work for Microsoft or the enforcement team.
We are all just gamers such as yourself. Nobody from the enforcement team ever browses these forums.

What else do you want us to say?

 

This is what I want unless you guys can give real information pertaining to our problem, you ambassadors shouldnt comment, we are looking for real enforcement fixes and not the same answers you guys give. What I dont understand is that someone sees that
this is a major issue atm, and they are showing lack of care gor customers.

Anyone can avoid you it doesn't affect your rep

If you read the link it explains it

It's the complaints of the community that affects your rep

Your rep.isnonky updated on your profiles you been told by support

The website is not an indication of your true rep

 

It's not an enforcement issue

It's the opinion of the community of your rep

You play bad or trashtalking or anything that isn't nice

Your rep.will represent it

People will flag you as avoid but that alone doesn't affect your rep

It is what they say in the complsint.and what the enforcement people.wstch in your complained behaviour whenever a MSG or a game

They decide your rep.score on thst

It doesn't always equates enforcement action but a rep score

Like camping isn't cheating but it is however unsportmanlike behaviour

Or repeat actions to prevent other players enjoyment

 

It's not it something that is reviewablr.since it's not a ban but a reviews of your replant actions amount thencommunity
