Enforcement Issue

Hello,

I am and i was suspended(communications) for a week recently and it was suppose to end October 4th and i still can not do Party and Game Chat, i can do text messages and voice messages but that is it. Its been 3 days past now and i called
Xbox Support 3 times already and im getting very irritated, the last Support Member i talked too which was Mark said that he will also contact you about my problem, I did all the trouble shooting when i was talking to him and nothing worked. I've been a member
for 6 years on XBL and i consider you guys a family, so if it is not to much to ask could you please correct this for me; that would be much appreciated. Thank You.

Enforcement Issue

And a ban is anything impeding on full use of a paid service, so yes its a ban when service in impeded on!!!

Again blocking someone shouldnt affect rep, which it is, if someone doesnt want to play with you cause they itty bitty feewings got hirt then cool shouldnt effect the other person. Two been playing games before you were born ngocphi, and i have 5 maxed characters
in wow. This is the only enforcement like this out of any video gamensystem uncluding PC.

Dont worry, theu gave me some lame excuse as to why they will uphold the ban for me. Some lame excuse about how i could just mute someone who trash talked me, and i replied. A bunch of weak individuals this world is becoming. Anyone from the wnforcemwnt
team see this, please message me and tell me about my first run in with you.

Same thing happened to me and Xbox Support basically told me I'm f**ked and should either get a new account or cut my losses. I threatened saying I would go to PS4 because Xbox Live is scamming the people they ban, he said "knock yourself out"

Wow. You have no idea how much trash talk I've heard over the years. People actually getting banned over it is stupid, especially while people are modding the hell out of online games like Halo Reach and getting away with it. MS will never get their priorities
straight. People can troll all day long in online games, but they pretty much only get banned for bio/comms violations. Seriously?

getting banned for trash talking is like trying to reform half of the community, wasted resources, and it takes the fun out of gaming, they say gaming in itself should be peaceful and fun, without trash talking but thats bs

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

This is what I want unless you guys can give real information pertaining to our problem, you ambassadors shouldnt comment, we are looking for real enforcement fixes and not the same answers you guys give. What I dont understand is that someone sees that
this is a major issue atm, and they are showing lack of care gor customers.

So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
