    I have had the same account for almost ten years and have never come close to a ban and then some kid randomly reports me after he heckled me and I get banned? Are you serious? This is a terrible system that is set up and highly disappointing at least with
    PlayStation its actually fair. The better option would be at least a warning system or something. I have tons of messages cussing me out and none of them ever got banned. I checked and I say micro-penis one time in a ten year period and am banned for it. This
    is ridiculous and honestly pathetic that your system can be abused this way.

    Anyone else have this problem.

    I think most people have broken the Xbox Live code of conduct without realising, quite a lot of people are lucky because they never get reported. I do agree that the XBLPET should perhaps take some context into account when dishing out bans. It does seem
    a little inconsistent at times.

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so the suspension is based on you online behavior. Furthermore the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues. To check your suspension or

    The warning system is the code of conduct you agree to when you sign up. Playstation has a similar code of conduct.
