    I have been banned for the 4th time for “abusive language” while playing a competitive gaming.

    Only a simple text can get you banned for 15 days even though you are just replying a toxic and dirty mouth kid who swear a lot during the match.

    I love xbox but after years of using it, I have considered to not reniew my xbox live and put the console aside.

    we play games where NPCs swear more than anybody else in any game, like The Division, for example. Now, when we do skip a bit of our manners because we have to share online gaming with people who should not be in there, well, we get banned!

    THIS ENFORCEMENT RULE IS RIDICULOUS!!

    I dont know what you are trying to do with this new gaming generation, Microsoft, but this is not gaming!

    see how many complaints about this service is out there now!

    You will lose more and more players to other platforms if this will keep going.

    And you just lost a big fan and big gamer right now.

    i wont invest any more of my money on any service if i can not use it and I will spread this word out if my enforcement cant be solved.

    This must be reviewed and rewrited.

    I really dont want to take this further because as I said, it is ridiculous, but I will do whatever it takes to share all this absurd.

    and I am sure there will be many that will support me.

    The message you sent has curse words in it. That is why you were suspended. The questionaire is to weed out people who dont read/know rules even though they said they read and agreed to them when making their account.

    Yes you pay for the use of Xbox live and its fuctions but you also agreed to the terms and conditions/code of conduct listing the rules of using the service and the consequences for breaking them.

    That being said the enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and the only way to reach them is by filing for a case review as described here:

    However since you already admit to sending a message that breaks the rules it would be pointless to do so as the decision would just be upheld.

    Legal threats wont get you anywhere either and will only get this thread locked. Not that speaking to your lawyer would get you anywhere since again, you broke the terms of service which would stand up in a court case not that it would ever get that far.
    So if I have a conversation with another player that consists any bad word, he can report me whenever he wants? Only because of the word?! I could have said "Life is a bitch" and would be suspended? Really?! Hilarious! Imagine it is a guy you were friends
    with. Then he can go back to a message from 2 weeks ago and report that?

    Now the questionaire does really not state if you read the conditions or not! No one can keep all of the terms in mind! It is like keeping your insurance contract in mind!

    Legally you are on a wrong path! Only because you agreed to something, does by far not mean that it is legally correct and couldn*t be reversed by a court!

    Anyways, you are right it might take me nowhere with appropriate effort compared to the case. It stays ridiculous tho. **** belongs to the game, thrashtalk belongs to the game, would be no fun without it and dude had no problem with it AT ALL, he has just

    Since it's a 1 day suspension all you can do is wait it out. Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct, so no matter how you meant it, the word you used is not acceptable on Live.

    - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

    - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

    You can not do this, it is recommended by Xbox Live that you block and report them, if you do the same, you can be punished with suspension or banishment.
