ENFORCEMENT IS RIDICULIOUS

so my account got banned for “marketplace theft” I’ve been banned for a few months now just figured it was a mistake and Microsoft would fix it. But I’ve been banned since 10/30/2017 and all I would like to do is play games with my friends, I bought
my Xbox for a couple hundred dollars. I’ve spent nearly a thousand on live and games and dlcs, and you guys are seriously not gonna let me enjoy them games that I payed for, I’m only 14 years old and you’re actually actually accusing me of marketplace theft?
this isn’t ridiculous, make a gawdamn enforcement team chat, this isn’t fair at all.

Finally got the 50 eject kills i am glad to see the back of this ridiculious challenge, I feel for the people that are still trying to get it.

 

Hardest Achievement On Xbox

Hardest acheivement for me was mile high club on cod 4 it was just ridiculious took me about 500 attempts to get it. Cod on veteran mode were also very challenging acheivements.

Marketplace theft means you asked for.too many refunds in a short.time

Or your credit card did a charge back which you will.hsve.to take it up with your card provider

And no there is no.appeal.for.it.since it's not ms.but.yoi or your provider

 

OOr if you were using the game.share in away you weren't supposed To360 that also leads to.marketplave theft

Games you asked.for.a refund would.hace.their licenses.removed.thats why you can't play them because you didn't pay to them as you or your provider did a charge back

As already stated. This can be for many reasons. main one I can suspect will be Game Sharing -apart from been told by 'Group Admins' that its not a violation. It is. Take a look at this help topic:

In regards for communicating with the Enforcement team, if eligible your able to submit a case review. To do this, please head to
https://enforcement.xbox.com sign into your account and click onto the orange or red ban hammer icon.

You are also sent an Xbox Live message and an email telling you more about the suspension and how long it lasts. You will also see the same information on your Enforcement History report at their website. If your account has been suspended, you have lost
all of those games and content until your account has been unsuspended. If its permanent, then you loose everything and nothing is refundable.

In regards to your age. It makes no difference. Your Account, your responsibility. You are responsible for your own actions. Now you have to live with the consequences.
