    There needs to be two sides to a report on your XBox Live system!!! I'm tired of some kid filing false claims against my son and laughing about it. I pay for a monthly subscription and you allow some kid to jokingly file a false report and ban my account
    for a week with absolutely no recourse. Your questions in order to file a review are set up to make someone fail. The answers make no sense whatsoever.

    My true gamertag is HBKevin91581, and I was recently unjustly banned for two weeks by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. They sent a generic email which explains absolutely nothing, and then they wouldn't even bother to respond to a previous post on these
    boards. If I really did something to warrant a two week ban, here's a novel idea Xbox Live team: How about you provide the evidence? Pray tell, send me the message that I supposedly sent to get banned. You can't, because you don't have one. All you guys
    do up there in your ivory tower is wantonly ban whosoever you choose, including people that your buddies ask you to ban, and then you continue to sit in your ivory tower with no accountability whatsoever because at Microsoft you apparently have Mr. Gates by
    the unmentionables, making you untouchable. If you have any cajones whatsoever youll send a message and open a dialogue with me at HBKevin91581 on Xbox Live or on Hotmail. Come on guys, show me that you have a pair. Show me your "evidence". Because I don't
    think you have any. You just ban whoever your buddies want you to, and you don't have to be accountable for your heinous and blatantly illegal actions because you have a wall of silence built for you at Xbox Live. You may be untouchable but you dont have
    an ounce of courage or moral integrity in your whole department.

    Again I'll say it: If I really did something to get banned, SHOW ME YOUR EVIDENCE or rescind your fascist ban immediately. I know you guys don't have the moral fiber to actually explain yourselves.

    The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So they do not suspend someone just because they receive a complaint. You can have a
    million complaints filed against you and not get suspended as long as you follow the code of conduct.

    Read through the code of conduct before taking the questionnaire again. It's actually pretty easy.

    I believe you have to wait out the Enforcement in order to message and communicate in parties

    You would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for enforcement team to investigate them. The enforcement team does not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
