Enforcement is a cyber bully and needs removed

In April i received a lifetime ban because my name ws Rockstar. Enforcement sad its impersonating Microsoft staff. So i created a new account and started over. Ever since ive been subject to enforcement actions that DO NOT violate any rules or the eucla.
For example. My gamerpic was a huma eye. I wasbanned because enforcement said it was nudity. Got off that bn bn only to be banned the next day because a screenshot of my eso character being headless was apparently offensive to someone. Got off that ban only
to be bannedyet again because a gta v screenshot had another players gamertag which had the word Trump in it. The pic was my car they was in it on accident. Got xomm banned for telling a kid at 10 years old its against Xbox policy for him to be playing gta
v. Enforcement said its harassment. No bad words. No threats. All of these with the exception of the lifetime ban were over 24 hour bans and no eligibility to case review. I had a relative who is an attorney file a suit in court onlyfr it to be thrown out
with the judge saying theres absolutely no possible way to subpoena enforcement because according to both microMicr and xboX theres no address, no email,no phone nubnum. Therefore by law enforcement DOESNOT EXIST. I dont need ambassadors input. Even Major
Nelson agreed my oics did not violate any rules. Oh yes we tweet each other because im not achild.

I want a ban on this person he is being a cyber bully. I did nothing all I was doing was playing Titan fall 2 with my friend sent me this message.

@Daft Badger He has called the help line and they permitted and instructed him to do this for his help. As for the other post with the same issue, there is nothing wrong with it being posted as the Xbox user is involved in the matter as the problem above
stated. This issue involves multiple people which is why there is a similar post.

As for me I am apart of this as support as I was in the party as ReclessFlamingo called the support line and attempted to assist him prior to the call.

Permanent bans are not given lightly & are from repeat or severe violations that have been verified to break the code of conduct. Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

The enforcement team are Microsoft employee, but threatening legal action (which any attorney would tell you is frivolous) is not the way to accomplish anything constructive.

 

Simplest solution, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com read every little bit of information on the site. Concentrate on the Code of Conduct that we all agreed to when signing up to Xbox Live.

You may learn how to keep from falling foul of enforcement action.

 

Just curious where you get the idea that it is against Xbox policy for a 10 year old kid to play GTA V.

The only thing that the ESRB rating is for is Purchasing the game you have to be over 18 to purchase the game.

The ESRB rating is also for campaign/single player the Multiplayer/online content is unrated.

If a parent thinks their kid is mature enough to play the game and purchases it for them that is on the parent nor is it your place to try and police the service.

 

Children under 13 arent allowed according to the eucla
