**** enforcement internment camp

Since I cannot seem to speak my mind without being punished by the enforcement team I thought I'd at least speak my mind so that the public could know the kind of injustices that take place on Xbox live. I was recently playing for honor when I received a
message from another player riddled with hateful comments. He was upset cuz I accidentally hit him in a match, of course if you play for honor you'd know that this tends to happen a lot and is not a big deal. After politely telling him to get over it he then
got on the headset and began to harass me relentlessly. All of which I was ignoring until he said the words "**** **** **** ****" it was at this point where I lost a bit of control and since I have no headset I typed "eat ****", and in an amazing turn of events
I shortly after received a notification of suspension by Xbox enforcement. At this point, irate and inconsolable, I began to log complaint after complaint on the racist, antisemetic, homophobic player that had gotten me suspended. Not something I'd normally
do but seeing as how he'd gotten me in trouble after he had committed what was basically a hate crime I felt I had no choice. So at a certain point I decided it was bedtime and left it alone despite having heard nothing regarding action being taken against
the player. I just logged on to my account today only to find that not only does me profile say "needs work", but I have received a SECOND SUSPENSION! I have both an Xbox one and a PlayStation 4 but I have been a devoted Xbox player for most of my life, but
where is the loyalty? Where is the credit for being a decent respectful player? I mean further punishment for standing up for myself? Needless to say I'll be taking my business to the PlayStation network from now on. I have a few games I'm still playing on
with Xbox but I'll definitely be buying games on the PlayStation hence forth and before long the Xbox will be nothing more than the thing I used to play. So thank you to the enforcement team for showing me your true colors. I only hope someone is held accountable
for supporting hate speach on live chat and losing business for Microsoft

CAMPER! is what I usually hear and am quite used to that. But I just wanted to point out that people cry no matter what I do. Reading the short original post would have easily shown that. I think its funny to see how many people post without reading
any more than the subject. Even if it was about camping ........75% of the posts would have been off the mark anyhow because noone had a clue if it was truely a pro-camper or anti-camper thread. I particularly like the posts about campers bragging ...... as
I didnt see one post with someone really bragging about camping.

I thought about making a thread titled "Camping" yesterday. Then discuss the fails of Harold Camping .... just to see the replies. This thread kept getting bumped to the top yesterday however, so I didnt really want to have 2 of them ........

It is a violation of the Code of Conduct to send profane messages through the Xbox Live service, regardless of context or however long you've been with Xbox Live.
This includes sending hostile messages, especially as a response to another hostile message.

 

I just hope the punishment he got fit the crime. Apparently context isn't taken into account and you got punishment regardless, even as the victim of something which is an actual criminal offence.

 

You should be angry at yourself for retaliating not the Xbox enforcement team.

What loyalty ?

Being a decent respectful player doesnt mean you cant resort to being rude to people, it doesn't mean your better than anyone else.
