    How can I get details on a case where my son's account was suspended? I have been all over trying to get some information. Who can help me and provide details? Extremely frustrated with the XBOX customer service.

    Enforcement action - vague details

    Hello,

    My son received an enforcement action for "cheating", although the description of what it can be related to is broad. He submit a case review and the decision was upheld, however there were no additional details provided. I am now not able to communicate
    further via the enforcement site (there is no option to reply to the case review). Based on the statement below, I believe I should be able to receive additional information regarding the specifics of why the action was taken. Can someone help?

    I still have some questions. How do I contact the Enforcement Team?
    If you have questions regarding an enforcement action or are unsure why it occurred, you can submit a Case Review inquiry through your Enforcement History. This allows you to interact directly with an enforcement agent, who will review the circumstances
    surrounding the case and explain why the enforcement was issued.

    Hello. Sorry about this. You can check your enforcement history here to get more information on the suspension, here:
    Sign in to your Microsoft account . Sadly though, the team responsible for managing these things (the xbox enforcement team) does not use
    these forums. To get a suspension shortened, you can submit what is called a case review for the ban to be lifted and get more details on why you were suspended, here is some information on case reviews and how to submit

    Permanent Suspension Inquiry After Apeal has been Upheld

    Hello again!

    This page says you can also do a “case review inquiry” to learn more about it. Would that be something they could possibly do to at least talk to an enforcement team member to find out what happened/get everything explained? Or is that just bad wording
    and that just how to open a case review in general theyre explaining? Have inquiry after it makes me think they should be able to at least get kore information that way.

    As Puppy Fujo stated, Xbox Support isn't involved in the enforcement process nor does it have access to enforcement information. A case review is your best bet to get more information on how and why you received a comms ban. There's a guide regarding case

    For some suspensions the enforcement team will post what was said on your suspension details on the enforcement site, otherwise, you would need to submit a case review and in some cases they will give you more information with that. Otherwise, there is
