Enforcement History

Good morning guys, I have a 2 day communication suspension and I honestly have no idea why at all because I have definitely not sent a single player any swear or profane words, but I can deal with a 2 day suspension although I didn't deserve this.

I take pride in my games and like to complete them to 100% (by unlocking all achievements etc)

I would really please like to ask you that once my suspension is over, could you remove it from my Enforcement history page, obviously you guys can still have the history logged on your system which I 100% agree on but I would really be ever so greatful
if you could remove my suspension from my enforcement history once it has lifted. Would I perhaps need to submit a case review for this to have it removed from the history?

I really hope you can do just this one thing for me as I am extremely upset upon getting this suspension when I have never sent a single swear word etc to other players.

Enforcement history

i am trying to get information on why my account was temporarily disabled. I can't figure out how to check my enforcement history and get information on what was reported. When I log on it says I have a clean gaming record but has the wrong gamertag.

For the simple reason that egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension that is not something that can be done or reviewed. Learn your lesson, read the Code of Conduct and take this 48 hrs ban as a warning for the future.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so you won't receive a response from them here. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see if a case review is available. Otherwise, there is no way to have
the action removed from your history.

Ahh right ok Thank You so much smwutches, I really appreciate that, it's just I am positive I have not sent one swear word or profanity etc which has confused me but Thank You for your help, upvoted

Hello!

I believe the original poster is referring to the fact when you go to the enforcement history page, it just redirects to the main enforcement page. I know previously, even if you had no action on your account, it would load up a page stating so. When I
click on history, mine just pops right back to the original page. Hopefully one of the Microsoft Agents can forward this bug to the appropriate party, if not reporting the bug to Xbox customer service might help. Just make sure they are aware of the fact
you're not trying to dispute your enforcement with them, just report that the actual website isn't functioning correctly.

It says we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later. So I cant see my enforcment punishment. So what does that mean cause this has been on going for the past week so far. Or if someone could just tell me how long I have I would apreciate
that more.

It wouldn't have.been in your report history

You can't see it

And it not necessarily have.been you

If you want to file a review you just need to click the hammer on the main page here. As for the history I have reported that bug myself.

If you can not click that hammer that means you are not allowed to file for a case review.
