Enforcement History - Discussion/support ?

So I have a question about the Enforcement History. Does this history ever go away. Does this get erased at the end of the year?

Can you chat with the enforcement? And if you can not, you have to put it, since I want to see the evidence they have when they suspend me. Since it's very easy to say what I've done, but I want to know what, since sometimes I'm suspended for things I do
not do to anyone, like this last suspension

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they will not give specifics.

The enforcement history never get's erased for it stands as an indication to the previous behavior of the account's owner. The enforcement team takes in consideration previous enforcement acts when deciding for a permanent suspension in basis of repeated
violations.

No Sadly, but after a year it will let you become an ambassador ETC. it say's no prevous enforcement history. but it let me... and i've been suspended once about 2 years ago.
