Hello. I was wondering if you may be able to help. We had an enforcement notice sent to us. I would like to get more detail on the enforcement. I personally don't post on xbox live but my son does. There was no suspension but I would like to get details
because I either have to deal with my son (However the date and time shown on the enforcement my son did not have access to his xbox although he had access to xbox live on his computer but his internet shuts down on our router prior to when the time shown)
or someone has accessed our account.

Is there a way to get in contact with you?

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

the date of the issues of the enforcement doesn't nessarily mean it was reported at thaf time

You gotta remember it takes time. Tooj investigate

It is sent to multiple teams and you are talking about days if not weeks depending on severity

For the reason you can check his email connected to the windows live id or goto https://enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review while signed into his account

Thanks for the info but unfortunately I do not the ability to file a case. I phoned support and they asked me to post on here.

Again I just want to make sure someone hasn't hacked my account.

On another note I noticed our Avatar is different on the Enforcement site only. Is that normal?

If you can't submit a case review, then there's nothing else you can do. Submitting a review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

Why do you have so many of your friends accounts on your console?

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

Hi There,

Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If they upheld the decision from the case review you submitted you'll have to wait it out.

Keep in mind, if you go onto someone else's console, you don't need to set it as a home console. All your content is available to be used by you on any console connected to the Live servers. More on the home console can be found
