Hello, I was told by the 1-800-4my-xbox support team to make a forum post here about my account suspension. I called in to ask about transferring gold from my account that was recently permanently suspended. After talking with the representative for a
while, he suggested to me that I have a good case to have my account unbanned and to make a forum post for further review. When i submitted my case review on the enforcement page, I had 0 idea why i was being suspended and wasn't able to present my side of
the case accurately. My case for the gamertag BelieveinSantaa is as follows.

My account was permanently suspended while I was away on vacation because of something my roommate must have done while I was gone. While I understand that its my responsibility to protect my account, it was still accessed WITHOUT my permission. In my
eyes, this is the same as if someone hacked into my account and used it. In both cases the account is accessed without permission from the owner. Obviously hacking is a lot more egregious but my roommate was specifically told not to play on my account. I've
had my account for over 8 years and it's extremely important to me that I at least attempt to reduce the permanent suspension. Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

The enforcement team does not read the forums. You would have to try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you can't submit a case review, then there's nothing else you can do. Submitting a review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

Why do you have so many of your friends accounts on your console?

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

Hi There,

Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If they upheld the decision from the case review you submitted you'll have to wait it out.

Keep in mind, if you go onto someone else's console, you don't need to set it as a home console. All your content is available to be used by you on any console connected to the Live servers. More on the home console can be found
