    Hello,

    I was refered here by the xbox support team to have my account reviewed. My account was banned and then the decision was overturned but I am still unable to log into my accounts. The support team says it still shows as if the enforcement
    team is reviewing the case.

    They have seen the screenshots and agree that the ban has been lifted. The gamertag is
    Never Seen34.

    Please look into why I am unable to log into my accounts. I had to make a new account to make a post on the forums.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Can I see a screenshot? There is a thing going around lately where people are inspect element to change the words and sending it to support to get unbanned

    (I may have also been the one who came up with that idea. and now lots of people are doing it)

    No one here in the forums on in Xbox Support can do anything about a ban...It may take some time for it to clear before you can get back online

  7. I was referred here by support so I should be able to get some sort of help. It was on 4/29 when the decision was overturned it should not take almost a month for it to take effect.

    Support still believes the enforcement team uses the forums, which they haven't for years, but that's why they send people here.

    I've gone through the ambassadors then to support, then here. I don't know what I need to do

    If you haven't done so already, try doing a hard reset.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    If that doesn't work, try support again.

  11. I think I need to go to support again. This affects more than my xbox. It wouldn't let me log in on xbox app on my computer. I couldn't even post on the forums they made me make a new account to post here

    If you can't submit a case review, then there's nothing else you can do. Submitting a review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

    Why do you have so many of your friends accounts on your console?

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

    Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

    This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

    Hi There,

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If they upheld the decision from the case review you submitted you'll have to wait it out.

    Keep in mind, if you go onto someone else's console, you don't need to set it as a home console. All your content is available to be used by you on any console connected to the Live servers. More on the home console can be found
