I got banned due to some toxicity a few months ago. But ever since that banned happened I have not been able to communicate via messages and party chat on both my account and my Xbox. My brother has tried playing with his friends and he can’t communicate
with them on my Xbox. I can’t tell if I’m perma banned from communicating or if there really is a time limit for my account and console to be able to start communications again. My reputation is good but every now and then I get a little toxic because my emotions
get the better of me. I can’t even submit a case review and the enforcement isn’t clear for how long I am banned for. Can somebody tell me what’s going on?

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow this site. if you can not find the information on the enforcement site then you can try to contact support by phone to find out when your ban expires. They can tell you when it expires but that is about all
they can do.

If you can't submit a case review, then there's nothing else you can do. Submitting a review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

Why do you have so many of your friends accounts on your console?

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

Hi There,

Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If they upheld the decision from the case review you submitted you'll have to wait it out.

Keep in mind, if you go onto someone else's console, you don't need to set it as a home console. All your content is available to be used by you on any console connected to the Live servers. More on the home console can be found
