Enforcement/hacked account.

Hey.

My Account is currently under an enforcement issue, due to my account being hacked and someone having control over my account.

However my account was banned until the 9th of October, and then i got a futher message from xbox live saying i was banned for "Harrassment". and thus extending my enforcement until the 11th.

Like i said my account was hacked, this includes my email account & Xbox Live accounts.

you can see my frustration here, and with no luck i can't access online or messaging or even insider program.

It has taken me some while to get them both back, being put through atleast a week of xbox live support and now i'm stuck not able to play my xbox at all due to these unforeseen circumstances.

My insider program is also banned, and today i received a update on my console on which reverted my UI back to the original Xbox

I have attempted to fill out the questionnaire over on enforcement plenty of times with absolutely 0 luck so i can't give my side of the situation here.

i'm honestly upset about this current situation, considering it wasn't my intention to get a ban on my account i've had for over god going on 8-9 years now?

Like i said i have attempted the questionnaire, with no luck the website does not load it and i have tried multiple browsers and still no luck what so ever, how the Enforcement website doesn't have a "live chat" option is beyond me and even more frustrating.

I'm happy to wait the current time limit for the ban, even though it wasn't me that has made the ban happen.

However i'm most concerned about the Preview program, and will my account be banned from the preview program after the ban is lifted?

people don't need to change email address when compromised, they need to change password and make sure they have proper security... that includes not using passwords on more than one service, if one service is compromised all those details are sold.

Someone in another country will pop up with it, even if it takes years to happen. My skype password took approximately 4 years from compromise to have someone log in and use it.

This app makes you click approve when logging into websites, and it's instant once you click "accept" the website will load in normal.

Any devices that don't work with the app like xbox 360 will have you go to website once to create a password (it will generate a password that isn't easy) and you use that on those devices to login with your normal user name.

Last year almost 1 billion got paid out. That was a huge jump from 2015 where only 32 million was paid out. With a jump like that Im sure it will grow even more.

 

It doesn't matter any offences even while your account was outside your control is still an offence

You will just have to wait for the 12months

Also should be noted case review will not help in this case

Only the investigations team can speak to pet about unauthorized access cases but not overturn them
