    Enforcement group is a joke


    Been trying to get in contact with Xbox enforcement group for 4 days now. I have tried everything stated to do so with no success and just got of the phone with an Xbox enforcement group rep who was rude and just hung up on me after reading a verbatim line
    that I'm guess all people get when they try calling and finally get some one.

    4 days now o have been trying to find out why I was suspended after 7 years of gaming with Xbox and now I can't even get a straight answer. Of why the service I pay for has been interrupted.

    enforcement is a joke!

    So you admit to insulting someone & you get a 24 hour suspension.

    Don't see what the issue is.You broke the rules,got caught & were punished.Everything seems to be working fine to me.

    If you have reported someone then they will be investigated,which takes time,and if they have violated the ToU/CoC in any way then they will receive enforcement action.

    You wont be told the result of that investigation.Vary rarely you may get a thank message but this does not happen often.

    the Xbox enforcement is the biggest joke out there. People are constantly hacking and kicking people offline. But nothing happens to them. Yet the people just playing the game having fun get BOOTED OFFLINE!! Witch shouldn't even be a thing thease dummys
    should be able to do.. They say it's a privilege.. But I pay for this ****. This is robbery And you guys should be sued. Stupid idiots this is why no one plays Xbox anymore cuz of **** like this. Enforcement never does there job!

    Not sure who you spoke to but it wasn't anyone from the enforcement team as they can't be contacted by phone.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can log in here

    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo to see any enforcement action on your account & ask for a case review if the suspension is less than 24 hours.

    He introduced himself as Sean xbox enforcement representative. Like I said he asked how he could help me. I explained the situation that I havery not been able to get in contact with enforcement team. Then after trying to do the apply for review it and
    do the questionnaire it kicked me out and no longer applicable. I just frustrated and wondering what I have done to get a 7 day suspension with only 2 complaints of mestaging and a BS complaint of cheating.

    It only takes one complaint/report & you will get a suspension if you've broken the rules.

    Communication suspensions can be for "in game" chat or a message you have sent over live.

    this enforcement stuff is absurd

    i got a 7 day ban for calling someone an a hole but dude spammed and trolled throughout agame and hes able to play without any interruptions?

    the worst part was that i was trying to invite the guy to a party and be civil but he would just troll even more

    The xbox enforcement is a joke compared to sony. Ill give you a example. I have reported a person when I had gold for saying thing that should not be said and what I mean by this is that it was not swearing. Nothing was done no message saying actions were
    taken Nothing. I got a german message on ps4 reported it after translating it reported it 10 min later got a message thanking me then 20 min later another message telling me that it was handled and thanked me.

    Sony is actually doing better in my opinion handling these issues than MS
