    I go to look at my enforcement history but it says I have no history of a ban or suspension history, but I've had multiple in the past and I'm currently in one, I've restarted my xbox but it didn't work.

    By calling support which you've done. Support can tell when a suspension ends, but they don't have any further information. So the date they gave you would be correct.

    It's a suspension extension. Extensions are not listed on the enforcement site for some reason and are not eligible for a review.
