Enforcement glitch kicks me offline after ban overturned

so basically i had a ban last year and it got overturned yet to this day it disconnects me from xbox live and says check your enforcement details its broke help

can some1 give me the admins email or phone number coz no1 is helping me plz

Console bans are only enacted after an exhaustive investigation. The Policy and Enforcement Team will not discuss them, nor will they be overturned.

 

Gamertag was changed, how to get it back ?

Hi,

My gamertag was flagged by someone and xbox automatically changed it. I made a case review appeal on xbox enforcement, and after two days they now concluded "Decision Overturned".

So, I went to see if my gamertag was restored, but sadly it is not. Will it be restored ?

It says on xbox enforcement it now says my file is clean and that the gamertag ban was overturned.

Enforcement Name : Gamertag

Case Review Status: Decision overturned.

Will it change back automatically ?

Edit: Chatted with an xbox ambassador/volonteer, and he said that gamertag reviews were impossible ?! Yet they did review my case and even overturned their decision.

Alright. I gotta ask this because it's the obvious and I want to get that out of the way so don't hate me for asking, okay?

You have checked that your privacy settings allow party chat, right? Next, go ahead and try

updating your security proofs following the instructions on that link.

If neither of those suggestions work, can you toss us some more info? Like when does this happen? Does it happen during certain games or times? Basically, we'd like as much information about this as we can get.

it randomly happens it kicks me out of the party when im talking but it freezes mid game then im still in an online game it doesnt kick me out its happened for a while its very annoying

Make sure you go through and update those security proofs like I asked above. That's going to be one of the steps in the troubleshooting process so start with that. Then, go ahead and try

re-adding your Xbox Live profile to your console. If neither of those work, the next thing you'll want to try is

factory resetting your console (while keeping your games and apps).

Run through all that and let us know if it works or not.
