    Enforcement / gamertag

"then don’t claim to give me “accurate” information"

    - Not only do I provide accurate information, I provide exact wording and links from the enforcement site as well as other specific Microsoft sites relevant to the issue at hand.

    - You may not like the answers that I provide and you can dispute them but I provide factual information.

"Support has never once told me they are only for troubleshooting"

    - Xbox Support does not answer the phone and state "we troubleshoot only". They are there to help provide information and troubleshoot the items and issues that they can work with such as accounts and console and billing and networking issues. They can't
change anyone's account or add or remove features, they are there to work with the software and hardware as it is.

    - Xbox Support does not assist with Xbox Enforcement issues. You had an issue where you violated the code of conduct and you had your gamer tag forcibly changed.

    - Xbox Support mistakenly provided you information that you would be refunded the charge for a gamer tag change, when they should never do that. People make mistakes but its never Xbox Supports' intent to provide "false" information as you state repeatedly.

"Microsoft came through and made this situation right,"

    - I can only assume by that meaning that you received a refund "out of policy" for your gamer tag change.

    - You're going to love this little tidbit of info about "out of policy" refunds - see below

What are some specific examples of marketplace theft?
Attempting to abuse Microsoft refund policies

    Xbox Enforcement | Stay Safe

As long as the Xbox Enforcement Team is not informed about this, your account should be safe. But it is a policy, it is accurate information.

  2. I thought you were done? Either way you act once again as if you are an Xbox employee pretending to be average joe on these forums. You truly believe you have all the “true” answers but yet the actual company does and says different things then you are,
which was already covered in this thread. Also sounds like you are threatening to report me, but unfortunately you made an assumption without knowing the full story. You don’t known if I received a refund or if they didn’t something else to make it even.
No policy has been broken. However false reporting can result in enforcement against the accuser.

When you contact Xbox Support you're bound to get different answers from different agents. I see it happen too often. And what they do as compared to what the should or should not do is something that I was trying to educate you on or about these issues.

I see that you jump to conclusions throughout this whole process and here and here you are with a new one. I have not, nor ever threatened you or anyone else in the forums. I don't know if you got a refund and it does not matter to me. I know what the policies
are. And again I was providing you with factual information with links. And getting a refund for a forced gamer tag change is against policy. You violated the code of conduct and you shouldn't have been reimbursed for your actions.

Opinion and conjecture is rampant in your posts and what is reported here has no impact on your Microsoft account as a whole. Because these forums are not monitored by Xbox Support or the Xbox Enforcement Team. If someone is using
foul language or being inappropriate here then the reporting goes as far as, and only to the moderators of the forums for review.

  4. Enforcement / gamertag

I provided you with information I received from support, not opinions. And you are incorrect and Xbox monitoring these forums. I was just reading through one and saw an employee commented on that post. It shows next to the Gamertag that they are an employee.
You may want to check up on that, and this makes me question all the other information you provided as well. But at the end of the day, the Xbox support gave me different information and I had a different outcome that what you said will happen.

"I provided you with information I received from support, not opinions"

    - You provided your experience of dealing with Xbox Support of an issue they could not and should not provide you any support with because it was an Enforcement Action against your account.

    - I know what you did. You know what you did, you violated the code of conduct. And you didn't want to take responsibility for your actions. It's that simple.

    - You can rehash this all you want. It doesn't change the facts.

    - Your calls to Xbox Support are all irrelevant. Xbox Support CANNOT do anything about any enforcement action about your account.

    - You were given specific and exact information here that this was done by the Xbox Enforcement Team and that Xbox Support cannot help you.

    - You proceed to call Xbox Support and in essence harass them about an issue you didn't want to be held accountable for.

    - And assuming in one of your recent past emails you stated "win/win" which I believe you finally got you $9.99 which you shouldn't have ever received for your violation of the code of conduct. And that led to my remark of Marketplace Theft. You coerced
an Xbox employee giving you money for something you should not have received. If you didn't then fine. I inferred you did based on your win/win remark

    - It doesn't matter to me if you got the money. I'm stating facts once again.

"And you are incorrect and Xbox monitoring these forums. I was just reading through one and saw an employee commented on that post. It shows next to the Gamertag that they are an employee."

    - Incorrect again. No one from Xbox Support is officially on these forums. There are Moderators here or a Microsoft Employee for the forums group but that's it.

    - One of the requirements of being in Xbox Support is that you're not allowed to state that you're an employee, here in the forums or while playing the Xbox

"this makes me question all the other information you provided as well."
    - You've done nothing but question the information provided, the links I provided.

    - It doesn't matter to me at this point. You have nothing further to learn here in this thread nor I expect any responsibility for your actions for the violation of the code of conduct.

    - Until next time. Have a great day.

  6. This is too funny. You just blew your cover. You keep telling me what support can and cannot do, as well as tell me what Xbox employees can and cannot day on their gamertag and support. You are an employee. How else would you know that em Liters can’t confirm
they are intact employees. (Even though I have seen it).

Next, you keep telling me what you think support can do. My experience proved otherwise. Then you claim to know what I did, I do too, I found a flaw in their system and helped them prevent this issue from happening again. Next you claim I harassed support
and coerced support into a refund, but yet you don’t know what they did for me. And now it sounds like you are accusing me of mark place fraud. So now my issue is you making these remarks about me and not knowing the situation. At this point you are slandering
and harassing me, which is a violation of the code of conduct.

    Enforcement / gamertag

"This is too funny. You just blew your cover."

    - This is not super secret squirrel stuff here

    - There are facts that can be provided without issue. You can't state who you are or provide any personal information within the context within the forums

"as well as tell me what Xbox employees can and cannot day on their gamertag and support."

    - You'll see a few gamer tags here with the title Xbox Staff, it does NOT state Xbox Support.

    - There are policies in place and as I stated before, what Xbox Support did by trying to offer you support in the first place was against policy even though the intent was to help

"At this point you are slandering and harassing me, which is a violation of the code of conduct. Feeling pretty harassed."

What are some examples of harassment?
Harassment encompasses a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

    • Threats of death, harm, property damage, or any other acts of violence or vandalism
    • Verbal abuse, profanity, stalking, or griefing directed at other players
    • Extortion or coercion
    • Trolling
    • Network interference, disruption, or manipulation
    • Libel, defamation, or slander
    • Display or transmission of another user’s personally-identifiable information
    • Abuse of the Xbox Live chat or messaging systems

I've posted the text and the link to the information above for you to review. What you choose to do with that information is your own choice.

If you're feeling harassed, please click the Report button and it will be reviewed using those qualifiers above.

Any words I've used have been from your statements or from the enforcement's code of conduct.

If you have constructive information to help out other on the forums, please help others.

There's nothing more to be said or to further contribute to your original issue. So please don't reply and continue down this path.

If anything, your comments are now directed solely at me and are outside the scope of what the forums are for.

  9. I’m sorry but this is way too funny.

Libel, defamation, or slander. -lol. I won’t report you though, because according to the enforcement, all I need is to be offended.

But anyways, my comment is for you, and they have been repeated. You kept providing info on what support can and cannot do, but they proved otherwise. Clearly you don’t know their policies and procedures, and for other people who are having issues, I urge
them to be persistent if they truly have been wronged. People and companies make mistakes, and they can fix them if they are not brought to their attention.

And I still believe you are an employee.

"You kept providing info on what support can and cannot do, but they proved otherwise."

    - Yes, Xbox Support did otherwise, it does not mean is was the correct action.

"Clearly you don’t know their policies and procedures, and for other people who are having issues"

    - Here you are going back to opinion and conjecture.

    - Since you don't know them or have a basis in the facts of the matter all you can offer is your opinion.

    - I have and will continue to provide factual information with links as available. Anything contrary to that is against the policies here in the forums.

    "People and companies make mistakes"

    - Yes, Xbox Support should not have provided you with additional support for an issue that is not within their control

"And I still believe you are an employee."

    - You're beliefs are just that, yours to have.

You're reply has nothing more to do with your Xbox Enforcement issue of your Forced gamer tag change due to a violation of the code of conduct.

If you have something help others with here on the forums, please do.

  11. The facts are, you said support can’t do this, and they did. It is my experience that your “facts” are incorrect.

It is funny that you keep claiming you don’t work there but this is how they operate, and the people who actually work there are wrong. Lol

And thank you for confirming that Xbox employees are in fact monitoring these forums.

And also, your “opinion” on their policies are in “fact” opinions. You have not contributed to this forum to help others for a few posts. I have shared my experiences with the company, and all you have done lately is claim Xbox is wrong, you are right,
even though my actually experience has proved otherwise. So to contribute to helping people, I pass on this knowledge so they can see what steps to take to get assistance if they have experienced a similar situation, and not to believe so random guy that does
not even work for the company, when he wants to talk about their policies. Maybe it’s time. Take your own advice.

And one last thing, if someone needs to get ahold of enforcement, make a forum and report your own comment so they can review it.

Since you have nothing more to contribute here on the forums you don't need to continue to respond.

If you can help out in the forums, great otherwise this is just harassment from you at this point.

I have and will continue to provide factual information. I have provided facts and links to the facts and will continue to do so.

You have stated I've provided incorrect information. You make this statement without any basis in fact or provide examples to prove your point.

You continue on a path of falsehoods and harassment of Libel, defamation and slander towards me.

You even make the statement "You yourself have not contributed for a while." And you are either unable or unwilling to see what I've done here yesterday alone.

Your recent responses contribute nothing towards the forums and are a personal attack against me.
