They don't use the forum any more.

You need to go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo and file a Case Review. Only way to contact them now.

 

You don't get suspended for "no reason".

 

Thanks for the help but i have already tried waiting for them to review it, just wish there was some one i could talk to about it.

 

Daft Badger, i didnt play all of sunday or monday and i get banned for communication on those days

 

No,you got suspended/banned for something you did weeks,maybe months ago.

Any report has to be investigated before a suspension or ban is issued so whatever you did was a while back,not sunday or Monday.

 

you are right and wrong i found out what happened. They did ban me on Monday for a message that was sent from my account on Sunday. I did not send the message nor have i even played with the guy that received the message. its just a big mess

 

Well someone sent the message.

 

Could family member or friend have used your account while you weren't there?

 

Thats what im guessing happened. it sucks but oh well looks like i gotta wait it out.

 

Change your password, and drop auto sign in; if your family can't be trusted to say off your account.

 

This is bull crap. My Sons acct got banned for telling some one that was modding and using racial slur and abusive language that he was going to report him and have him either placed on probation or banned.. the guy kept message back with
[Mod Removed], and 2 days later my son got banned.. For.." impersonating Xbox personal"..all because he told the dude he was a xbox ambassador and part of this new rule enforcement program.

And now he's done his case review "questionnaire", it tells him he's always wrong about his answer. ..lmbo!

There's no way to contact these people. And after my son's has years of his life, 100's of dollars,in material and dlc's, the pretty much are saying[Mod Removed] to him!

I mean what kind of half crap investigation are they doing when they don't even contact either party, and just make a decision to ban some ( that has a good reputation and never got into any trouble on xbox) with out even talking to them?

My son's tag is [Mod Removed], and I want some answers!

 

Did you see your son send the messages? If not, how do you know what he actually said to this other person?
