so despite winning my case and getting the right to getting my gt back it is still banned and I am being forced to pick a new one how can this be right

im still banned but no active enforcements

My 2 week suspension has ended today.. I have no active enforcement actions, But yet I'm still banned ?? Why am I still banned I don't see anything that says I'm banned any longer.

Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, queries and additional information can be found on our Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You can also check the option to file a Case
Review for additional information.

You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

I think the oveturned verdict of XBLPET is clearly in your favor, quote:

"As a result, the account has been issued 1 free Gamertag change and the original name will be available to change to within 24 hours"

You can change your temp gtag in the one you had before in 24 hrs.

That is one of only two boards on the forum that the enforcement team view, the other being in the Xbox One support section for the exact same topic.

Sadly there is no way to appeal a ban or suspension. The only two places on the forum for contacting the enforcement team is to enquire as to why you were banned, not to appeal them.

You could try calling support and opening an Unauthorised Access case, but as you admit the infraction occurred on your console and thus the chance of them ruling in your favour is zero.

Yes.There's no time limit on when you could receive enforcement action if you are caught breaking the rules.

You could of cheated in 2010 & still be suspended or banned if it's found out.

@JediMonkey2006: haha. Yeah, Community Enforcers are members of IW's "IW Enforcers" clan on Elite. We report players directly to their team for banning.
