All reports are reviewed by the enforcement team and these investigations can take time, so the action that caused your suspension may not have occurred at the time it was issued.

 

Makes sense. So what your telling me is that pretty much the XBET suspends people on guilty before proven innocent. Seeing how I never play games with game chat and I'm always on party chat, and never send anyone messages other than friends.

This is a total joke. I can now see why so many people are going to Sony over this garbage.

 

Our account is banned once again for freedom of speech also known as the First Amendment! We again pay for this service and only really play mature games, beings that we are over 18 years of age. we defend ourselves from verbal abuse via messaging due to
our mic (Astro A50s') not connecting and not allowing us to defend ourselves against other players on the XBOX community! I am an outraged paying customer and demand a resolution! This is another way for a corporation to have more power than the people that
purchase there goods and pay for there services, this is highly unacceptable. We (the people paying for the service) are allowing your lively hood (money, paychecks etc...) to be comfortable while disrupting our daily activity while the real culprits are enjoying
not being banned from certain services. Again this is absolutely ridiculous. Allowing verbal abusive persons to have full access to everything and the only reason we get banned is because they pushed the button first and complained! What is going on Microsoft!
stop monitoring the aspects of the networking, there are jerks in every scenario and you keep targeting the wrong people. what is happening to the instigators??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! YOU GET THE TAIL END OF THE SITUATION AND AUTOMATICALLY BAN THIS IS BULL
