Is the Enforcement Forum even active anymore? I posted something to them over 24 hours ago and still haven't received word from them. Also, their last post was about a month ago. Are they active or am I just wasting my time waiting for a response that won't
come?

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

As far as the account still being charged, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Thank you, but my issue isn't disputing a ban, rather complaining about an after-effect of the ban. Maybe I'm just not reading that careful enough, but will I get a response from them at all or no?

 

You might be able to get a response. But I wouldn't doubt that you wont, if your just asking about the ban.

hello, I can not have a folder opens in the enforcement website because I did not meet the condition ( subscribe to gold) how can I contact you about my banishment ?

 

I submitted a new post on the enforcement forum about this problem. A few days later I got an email saying it had been approved and posted. But it is not there. Incompetence seems to be a requirement of working in enforcement.

As Misses Quinzel suggested, follow the link in her post to get updates on the communications issue (if you're having issues with communications). As you're technically not suspended any more you cannot submit a enforcement case review. The enforcement forums
are not in use anymore, so unfortunately posting there will not help you with any enforcement issues you're having.

If you're inquiring about a communications suspension not being lifted, the Xbox team is aware there is an issue with communications being reinstated, and are working on the issue, but currently there is not a solution or ETA.

Hi im communication band for no reason im band until the 21st i would post the screenshot of my feedback report which shows 0 negative feedback on anything this needs to be resolved real quick or im gonna give up on xbox and microsoft all together but im
getting the feeling microsoft doesnt care about losing one person even tho i been gold member for 7 years now

 

I also got a communication ban, wasn't even logged in at the time of the ban. Whoever investigates these situations needs to get their heads out of their ***, Apparently its ok to ban someone for beating someone else in NHL16 nowadays.

I guess after 9 years of being an xbox live member and being treated like this, time to support Sony.
