    My account cvmpbeii was permanently suspended in January and it does not let me post on it, I couldn't submit my case review now it says decision upheld and I am still being billed! How do I get ahold of the Enforcement team to get my account back. Phone

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    As far as the account still being charged, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I also got a communication ban, wasn't even logged in at the time of the ban. Whoever investigates these situations needs to get their heads out of their ***, Apparently its ok to ban someone for beating someone else in NHL16 nowadays.

    I guess after 9 years of being an xbox live member and being treated like this, time to support Sony.
