    Enforcement for special needs children


    My special needs granson has recently been subject to bullying and harassment and has had an enforcement taken against him. It appear that Microsoft is woefully inadequate when dealing with special needs children (my grandson has autism) In fact they might
    be violating some anti discrimination laws. Unlike reputable companies such as Disney which has very definite policies concerning those with special needs Microsoft seems unaware of how special needs children are preyed upon with bullying by online gamers.
    Often the recipient of such bullying is punished rather than the perpetrator such has been the case with my Autistic grandson. After speaking to a microsoft agent I changed his settings so only friends can participate in games with him online. This enforcement
    action severely limits his making friends online and I am not able to understand what exactly took place to cause this enforcement. Microsoft needs to be more proactive to opening communication channels with the guardians of these children.

    Did this game get even easier with scorestreaks?

    I really do enjoy this "skill" argument that people have between Call of Duty and Battlefield on the 360. Pardon the tasteless analogy, but it's like watching two special needs children arguing over who is the smartest.

    How does everyone fell about encounters with minors on age restricted games, and how should it be dealt with as an xbox ambassador ?

    I always tend to mute them or just leave. Can't handle those high pitched voices, especially in the heat of battle. "Squeakers". I do feel parents need to start enforcing restrictions on games their children play.
