    Enforcement for old account.


    I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to get my old account back that's been banned permanently. The account is DIVIINATIONS. I know I violated the code of conduct a lot and need to work on that, but over the past 6 or 7 years I've spent
    a lot of money on that account. Games and DLC and movies and Xbox live. Thousands of dollars of content just gone. And 30K+ gamer score. If there's anything that can be done that would be greatly appreciated

    Meaningless Suspension

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    preview program

    If his old account was banned hes been removed from the preview program cant have any enforcement action taken against ones account its grounds for removal.

    Enforcement for old account.

    You can file a case review only for suspensions enforced within 12 months. In your case you could have contacted XBLPET through the forums in the time of your suspension yet this is not possible anymore.

    The only thing I can suggest you is to read the Code of Conduct and start fresh with a new account

    You also need Xbox Live Gold, must be over 13 years old and have no enforcement actions against your account.

    What is the error you have with downloading your old account?

    Also if the account is banned you can't recover the Gamer Tag or any DLC as it is fortified when the enforcement is taken.

    I was banned from Xbox over a year ago and my enforcement history is empty. Why?

    Fyi If it is older then 2016 that would be why

    You can't appeal any enforcement over a year old

    And any enforcement before 2016 would be on the old forums not the enforcement page
