    Enforcement family account


    Hi, i received a enforcement for 24h, I've done my designated time but now it's telling to create a family account. I live alone , i have no gf, no kids, parents are dead. I don't know what to do, i dont want to mess around with this, and i understand the rules of not"being allowed" to talk to ambassadors or employees, but I'm stuck in this weird situation. Can somebody please foe the life of help me out.

    Adults in a Microsoft account family can view their own enforcements and those associated with children in their family. Children in an account family can only view their own enforcements. Case Review inquiries for child account enforcements must be submitted by a signed-in adult. To manage your Microsoft account family visit https://account.microsoft.com/family.



    Not all enforcements are eligible for Case Review. Ineligible enforcements include those with a short duration, content takedowns with no suspension, and completed suspensions.



    Note: Xbox Support cannot assist with enforcement questions.

    I sent my best friend whom we game every day,a message since he couldn't see me online, mind you were both 33 and my settings were and aew set to adult mature, thinking it was okay I've heard waaaaay worse things on xbox live by a longshot. (i wrote male anatomy) andi guess for some reason Xbox thinks I'm a child,weird I've. Had this account since 2005 and this is the first and trust only time this will ever happen. I spoke with Ian IT rep and he told me everything is fine on my account but I'm restricted and every time i try send anything for I'm denied, either says i can't call for thar and every message\ticket i send gets ignored... I'm 19 days past the enforcement and is the only 1 I've ever had.

    Thank you soooo very guys and gal's for the time and patience.

    Accept the family settings. These maybe set to you profile by enforcement.

    I'm an ex ambassador and a current insider. I'm a little confused as to the 'family setting'. If I remember correctly that invokves profanity message filter! But these setting can be changed via your profile. Remove your profile, Hard reset and re-install. If that fails contact support.
