enforcement ended but still i am restricted

i need to speak to someone who can tell me if i have any suspensions active. I have 2 that should have ended Oct 25th 2017, but i am still restricted.

Features limited after suspension has been lifted

I was suspended from the 19/3/2018 until the 2/4/2018. But it still comes up with the xbox enforcement pop up when I sign in, and I’m still restricted from multiplayer, social and communications.

Communication ban

Hi, I got communication banned awhile back and currently still am. I went and checked the enforcement and the ban ended already but I still can not communicate.

There could be a few causes, sometimes the console just needs to be refreshed by holding down the power button for 30 seconds while its on, and powered back on. Other times a reputation check can fix this (instructions here Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?
). But to see if there is anything currently in place I would suggest either reviewing your history of enforcements here Sign in to your Microsoft account
or calling xbox support. While they cannot answer particular questions about the suspensions they should be able to see if one is at least in place. You can get the number here for your area Customer Support

You should first check and make sure that your suspension is over and did not get a extension added to it. To do this go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click on the orange hammer in the top left. This will take you to your enforcement history page. If your suspension got an extension you can file a case review.

To see how to file a case review check out this video:

If your suspension really should be over then doing steps below usually fixes this issue.

Go to your settings, under account select remove account then select to remove your account. (Make sure you know your email and password before doing this).

Once you have done this open your guild menu, scroll down to the settings gear icon, scroll over, DO NOT click all settings instead scroll down and select restart console. (Its very important to restart your console this way. If you press the power button
on the front of your console, it will only but your Xbox into a sleep mode and not do a full reboot).

Once your console has rebooted go ahead and add back the account to the console, and you should be able to access the features that were previous suspended.

Some enforcement actions are not permanent this means that there is just a certain period of your time where you will be restricted on what enforcement action has been given to your account. There has been an issue with the enforcement site not showing ban extensions the only way to find out if you have additional bans is to Call MS support by phone and have them check your account. The can only say if you have additional bans and when they
end but not for what.
