Enforcement Email Contact

I recently received a two week com ban that I feel is unfair and am worried I am being harassed by a gamer. I went to enforcement to apply for a review and it made me do a questionnaire three times and upon finishing it each time I was told oops you found
a glitch in our system. It then told me I have to wait 24 hours and try again. I have no problem just paying for the case review but that isn't even given as an option. I called customer support and they were completely unable to provide me any contact information
for enforcement. I need contact information for enforcement and it's completely unfair that no email or contact numbers can be provided and I'm told to just use the site which doesn't work. Please provide me with either a telephone or an email address so I
can please contact them and inquire as to why I'm suspended and what I can do about it.

The Enforcement Team do not browse the forums, so there's really nothing anybody can do.

There is no contact information for the XBLPET. The best (or closest) form of contact you have is submitting case review, if you're eligible.

Your best (and only) action is to just sit out the rest of the comm-ban. You can still play online.
