Enforcement. Disapointed

Hey! To whoever is reading this, if your part of xbox team, i got banned today because someone spammed complaints with his friends because he was mad. And i get stuck here. For 15 days of ban just for that. And i cant do anything about it? Im just really
pissed of. The support cant help me with that what im i supposed to do? Now i just think about selling my xbox cause it happened 2 times now. I want to get help now.

Smwutches ,the Enforcement team does not let me make a case review. I am really disapointed. How can i contact them now?

the main selling point of the xb1 for me was the kinect,i enjoyed all aspects of useing the kinect like hand gestures etc but feel disapointed that with all the updates which have improved the xb1 the kinect as sufered so now i have the kinect off and only
used for tv or dvd,its good it still toggles tv satbox etc whilst off but i use too love been able control xb1 with gestures,i feel microsoft as ditched kinect when infact it was the kinect features i was mainly interested in but im a supporter of xbox and
generally happy with xb1 but not how the kinect as suffered thou.

That isn't how it works. You should know that since you admitted you have been banned before. No one here is part of the Xbox team.

Go to enforcement.xbox.com and log in with the suspended account and it will tell you what you have been banned for and whether it can be appealed or not.

After that I would try to behave myself, as two or three 2 week bans seem to be the limit and will just lead to the account being permanently suspended and all digital content being forfeit if it continues.

I agree. If I don't pay for premium time, I get dumped in the same 3 maps over and over and get stuck in low tier 80% of the time.

Xbox Live's "Social and Gaming" services are currently at a service alert, so the only thing to do here is to try again later and wait until Microsoft fixes the issue.

It would be great if we could receive a notification message when the system goes down so we don't have to wonder if it's just us, or our service provider, our xbox itself, finally to then go and search a website for further information that doesn't tell
us much and not the complete problem. like tonight, it's the clubs, the club feeds and personal home feed as well for anything you might be following, some work some don't etc.
