Enforcement device ban

Hey so i got a device ban over a gamer pic....my gamer pic was a picture of my face of my halloween costume, i was very proud of it it took me 6 hrs..i do sfx make up ....it was approved from the automated system i thought it was ok ...now It saids it was
a temp ban so i thought no mind of it but low and behold it is not a PERM ban. I dont understand no warning........... it was approved.. Id understand banning me changeing my gamer pic but now i cant even use smartglass. This is an outrage and down right low..no
opition even for a case review i talked to support for an hr and all i got was enforcement is some mystical being that no-one can contact. All it was was my face with some blood wth!!! I cant even sign in here my gt is

I know that i cant uplift a permanent ban but hopfully that has changed

Hello, I have a full device ban on my console for no reason and i was hoping that if its possible to get it checked and get an unban. I can't file for an appeal on the enforcement page because from what i heard you can on file a case review on for suspensions
and not a permanent ban. I'm hoping to get a unban on my console as it is not modified at all and i can provide proof, thanks.

 

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow this site. You will have to go to the enforcement site for information about this kind of ban

Support tends to do that. They dont have anything to do with the enforcement team and as such frequently give incorrect information.

 

ok yea i keep getting that and run around figured od start here and see what the community could help me out with. Would you by chance be able to direct me in the right way?
