Discus and support Enforcement details in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received an email indicating enforcement on my Xbox. There is no information on the length of the suspension.     I received an email indicating enforcement on my Xbox. There is no information on the length of the suspension. Where can I get this information? Also it's a family account and I am unable to find where I can submit a case review to get details on the complaint.

    Submitting a case review the only way to contact the enforcement team. They will not give specifics.

    Permanent Ban with No Enforcement Details

    Yup we're definitely too tied into technology now, like there's some games that I bought that are single player WITH some WiFi requirements so I can't go on them properly now. I've just checked my microsoft account for current subscriptions and I've still got access to my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Says it's expiring on the 28th but that's what it was like before this ban issue as I turn off recurring billing. So basically if I still HAVE my Game Pass subscription, then is it only a temporary ban despite it saying permanent on my Xbox? I'd love to know for sure Microsoft! My moneyyyyy 🤣🤣
