Enforcement dept is a joke

The xbox enforcement dept is a joke. I got banned after I said the f word which ok I swore I violated the terms. why is then when I report people for swearing,bad language,threats, those who sent those no action is being enforced. it seems like I am being
treated unfairly when I said a naughty word I get banned, someone else can threaten my family or there going to find me get to keep on sending these messages and no action is taken. also you need a dept to take care of these things OFFLINE a person would be
nice to talk to instead of waiting for who ever is at the computer on the side to decide without hearing all sides of the story.

So you admit to insulting someone & you get a 24 hour suspension.

Don't see what the issue is.You broke the rules,got caught & were punished.Everything seems to be working fine to me.

If you have reported someone then they will be investigated,which takes time,and if they have violated the ToU/CoC in any way then they will receive enforcement action.

You wont be told the result of that investigation.Vary rarely you may get a thank message but this does not happen often.

the Xbox enforcement is the biggest joke out there. People are constantly hacking and kicking people offline. But nothing happens to them. Yet the people just playing the game having fun get BOOTED OFFLINE!! Witch shouldn't even be a thing thease dummys
should be able to do.. They say it's a privilege.. But I pay for this ****. This is robbery And you guys should be sued. Stupid idiots this is why no one plays Xbox anymore cuz of **** like this. Enforcement never does there job!

Tell me about it!! Today I have received a ban for telling a player to chill out over an accidental kill steal GoW 4. My last message said stop crying like a little b*** and so I get a ban. However, this player continued a further message calling me an uneducated
p**** blah blah. I've reported him now just out of pure spite for that. Like you say the department is a joke and are not very helpful, but claim to have evidence to back up the enforcement. They certainly don't because they would see how much of a dingus
that player was, and that my reaction was highly justified.

Haven't you learned that it doesn't matter who starts the fight anyone who break the rules will be punished

 

i know that i said something wrong i just want fair treatment swearing shouldnt be the only thing they look for i have had people threatin my life but they didnt say a naughty word but they get to keep sending there trash in messages we need to find a balance
