choices in 2 days but they dismissed this including review in within 2 days I expect a reduced suspension less than 2 week he the following voice messages I had from a gamer who does not care about the code of conduct or the security of xbox live messages
are as follows translated from French speech and French speaking

Suspension Clarification Please

The only way to file for a case review is on the enforcement site

Suspension lengths are 24 hours,7 days,2 weeks & in some cases 100 days

Sounds like yours is a 24 hour suspension & therefore not eligible for a case review.

 

Help with Enforcement Team Dispute

I've never heard of a 27hr ban. However 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The Case review process generally takes 2-3 days. Your ban will lift prior to the enforcement team ever addressing the case.

 

If someone harasses you online you can report that person or block him/her from further communications.

In the future don't mention other peoples' gtag in your post and remember you can't ask for bans in the forums.

Read the Code of Conduct and respect it to not have issues in the future

 

undertstand what you said but clearly this issue needs be rewiewed and resolved by enforcement.com it should be sent their team the message leave out all and any gamertags and I blocked the person in question and reported them but he continues to harass
me with voice messages
