    I had a one week console ban on 7/4, it ended on July 11. Since the console ban has ended, it no longer allows you to submit a case review so I cannot appeal my problem of not being able to talk in party chat or send messages. It
    looks like the ban was not lifted correctly, as I have no active suspensions. I can play online games and everything, even send messages online through the xbox-live website. I have talked to supervisors who are effectively useless because they "don't have
    an answer". I've tried all troubleshooting steps. Nothing works. It's one week since the ban was "lifted" still can't access the party and message features. Chat support said post here. But I already know what the responses will be. Same song and dance. This
    is getting extremely ridiculous. I can't submit a case review because the suspension is not active so don't even go there. Basically the privileges have not been restored correctly by the enforcement team.

    Hey Gamer,

    Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enofrcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

    if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful. I noticed that you said that you have attempted all troubleshooting steps but here are some steps mainly work with most issues with consoles.

    1) Power Cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    3) Factory Reset Console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset--to-factory-defaults

    Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. (Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when
    it is connected with the service.)

    If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to Device Support to submit a repair request: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

    If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then please let of know what your attempted and any other details that you might have said in your original post.

  5. Xbox live support tells me to post here and Enforcement team will see it, even though I already know they don't monitor forums. I can't submit a case review because my suspension has been "lifted" I clearly stated that in English. Factory reset does not
    work either, complete waste of time, now I have reinstall all my games, GREAT! If they can't tell me how to fix my problem how would sending it in to be service render the problem? Xbox support seems baffled by this, which is alarming how they can be so incompetent
    of errors within their own system. Despicable all around.

    I can understand how frustrating to not have a working Xbox and I'm unaware why someone would tell you to post an enforcement issue here due to the enforcement team doesn't use the forums in any fashion.

    Still no answer. Called customer support they say they have no contact with enforcement team at all. Forums are utterly unhelpful. No one knows a thing.

    To clarify, console suspensions aren't listed on the Enforcement website. If you've received e-mail communication for console ban and it's listed as temporary, be sure to check the end date. It's likely a different suspension ended on the 11th and the console
    suspension is still ongoing.

  10. Surely I've already done this. I was told by support the communications and console ban ended on the same day 7/11............................................................................... I've received no emails from the **** enforcement team.

    AND if it was an ongoing temporary console ban I WOULDN'T be ABLE to play multiplayer games ONLINE. BUT I CAN.
