I already reported a person for behaviour concerns but there is no action done yet. Is there anyone I can contact with enforcement.

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.
