Enforcement, communications ban to multiplayer ban?

I received a communications suspension on 8/19 for sending a message to the wrong person, my bad. Was sent an email and xb1 message the next day stating the offense. So last weekend I'm still not able to communicate, and all of a sudden I can't matchmake
on any of my games? Internet is connected, multiplayer tests good and all live apps work. No email or xb1 message perma banned? For what, being the greatest sniper in the history of XBox?

I'm having issues with communications

My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

 

Undeserved Ban

My friend received a communication ban and a multiplayer ban. He deserved the communication ban but did not deserve the multiplayer ban. There is evidence of the communication ban but no evidence of the multiplayer ban. He gets reported rarely on Overwatch
for simply being good which is unfair, and this is the only thing that he could get a multiplayer ban for that i could think of. It would be much appreciated if the enforcement team could read this post and send a message to the email explaining why. Email

Also the ban seems much like a device ban which if it is then i must say there has been a big mistake as there has been no code of conduct violated regarding the Device Ban.
