    Enforcement - Communication - Need help


    My son was playing a game with his friend and all of a sudden, they couldn't communicate with each other any more. I received this email. WHY??? His friend didn't report him. What the heck? He's on spring break and is banned for doing nothing according
    to both him and his friend. They are only 10. Please remove this ban. I can't even do a case review. They won't allow me to.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home     to check on any enforcement action on a account but I doubt you'll find out any more details than you've already posted.

    As it's a 24 hour suspension it is not eligible for a case review.

    Any report filed against someone needs to be investigated first which takes time so your son was more than likely suspended for something that happened weeks ago,or even longer.

    Bans/suspensions are very rarely issued instantly at the time of the offense.

    Your son appears to have been reported for inappropriate communications by another player, for whichever reason listed above.

    This appears to be a 24 hour suspension, which is the lightest communications suspension the Enforcement team issues. According to the Enforcement details, the account will have communications features restored tomorrow (the 13th). The only action here is
    to sit out the rest of the communications suspension. Your son is still able to play multiplayer games online -- just without communication features for the time being.

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    But, as you already know 48 hours or less suspensions aren’t eligible for an appeal

    PS: No one from the enforcement team view these forums

    We, here in the Microsoft Community, don't have a way to access your account or override any sort of account suspensions. Only the Xbox Enforcement team can manage that, and if on the secondary review they haven't lifted the Enforcement, it is most likely that this won't be removed. You'd need to contact the Xbox Support to try to get further help, you wait for the enforcement to be lifted by itself.
    Xbox support cant help with enforcement action.
