Enforcement - child account

my son once again has enforcement action which appears unfounded on the account..

My big,issue is that a case review cannot be submitted from a child account.,well, sorry but when we signed up for live on xbox 360, only,one,account had live, the main account, MY email, not,my child's, MINE.

When xbox one came out finally,multiple accounts could use one live subscription. But,my,son,had everything saved on my,email, why would we change it and,lose all,progress??

Now because of Xbox,360 stupid set up, we cannot submit a case review on xbox one since its a child account? Please advise. This has been a frustrating situation,for years

Do you have previous enforcement issues recently or are you a child account?

Enforcement issuez can prevent you from entering. The beta also child accounts cannot go into thw beta

 

Banned (Family account?)

Hey,

My account has been banned, I'd like to appeal because I wasn't aware of my account being used. However, when I head to the enforcement section, my account says that I can submit an appeal because my account is a child account. I have a child on my account,
but I am registered as the adult not the child. I am worried that this will affect my reputation, as I have never, in all my years as an Xbox customer, had any negative feedback or enforcement action.

 

If it's a child account he should have a parent account attached to it. You would need to sign into the parent account in order to submit a case review.

 

If you sign in at account.microsoft.com/family it will show you any family members including adults and their emails.

Once you find out what the email is you would then sign into enforcement.xbox.com with the adult account and it will allow you to apply for a case review.
