Discus and support Enforcement case submit FAQ in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; having some serious issues getting through to the enforcement team, have spoken to customer service multiple times and although they have been helpful...     Enforcement case submit FAQ


    having some serious issues getting through to the enforcement team, have spoken to customer service multiple times and although they have been helpful dont have the authority to do much and i have tried to submit case reviews but i am constantly getting
    errors and told to try again later. my account has been permanently banned as a joke done by my friends to give me a comunications ban but has backfired and as a result i have been permanently suspended. i have spend over $500 on this account and almost 4
    years.

    How do I submit a case review on xbox enforcement? I went to my enforcement history and it says I have been banned for 24 hours. There is no link for me to submit a case review.

    unable to do a case review about enforcement?

    You can only submit a case review on an active enforcement action. Since that suspension is over, you can not submit a review.

    Every report gets investigated before an enforcement act is issued so rest assured a permanenet ban is a very serious thing. I suggest you to get acquinted with the Code of Conduct:

    yes i very much understand it is a serious thing however they reported me as a joke just to see if i get a day ban or something but now my account is permanently suspended and i cant submit a case review because it doesnt allow me too. i have spoken to CS and
    they said i should be able to considering whats happened.
