Enforcement case review

hello I was recently suspended for a gamer pic that was in violation with Xbox code of conduct and had a suspension I was able to continue to play but could not share content broadcast or communicate with others with out warning. Then two days I got a console
ban out of the blue I contacted customer service and had to file a case review so I did pleading my case they didn’t over turn my case but they did give me my Xbox live services back except for content sharing or communications and that’s fine for some reason
I still have a console ban I’m no not sure why I my console I banned and not just my acount suspensions but now my children can’t to play on th there acounts I can’t find a way to contact the enforcement agency to ask if they can lift my console ban and give
me the punishment they said I am suppose to receive I am very upset with how this is handled with no warning and no way to communicate I’ve never had problems before on Xbox but if I do not find some clarification on this and receive the punishment I am suppose
receive instead of being console banned and suspended and resorting to playing my PS4 then Im considering on leaving the Xbox community and investing my time and money else where I would like to be able to get this resolved so my kids and I can enjoy playing

Blocking only greatly reduces the chances of being paired with a person, it doesn't eliminate it. If the population of a game is low enough, they can't guarantee that you won't be matched with that person again simply because they may be required in order
to fill a match.

the console suspensiob Cannot be appealed

It is meant to prevent you from accessing live with secondary accounts you only have one option that is to wait it out

 

ya I have moved on from Xbox to ps4 the only real loss is not playing pubg but I purchased it from steam on pc last night and put my Xbox up for sale on fb sale site

 

you can't change the name and the suspension process is the same

You do realize that following the rules isn't rocket science right? What is offencive on xbox is the same thing on psn

And there is no case review on psn

So good luck

99.9% of online users can figure it out why not use common sense rather then spending 1000s because you can't use common sense ?
