    Enforcement case review crashes after getting all questions right


    All 3 times I tried to do the questionnaire to get a case review, it said that I'd found a glitch and then sent me back to the beginning with more questions to answer. Then after 3 times of it doing this it says I have to wait 24 hours before trying again.

    (This is my first enforcement and I have been banned from multiplayer for 2 weeks... I never use game chat, if I do send any messages it will contain no offence or multiples to people. so I don't understand how I have harassed anyone.)

    Why is a feature even there if it doesn't work? If it keeps doing it, is there a way to get a case review other than that?

    Hello!

    Any Enforcement questions would be settled with the enforcement Team.

    Support for enforcement actions can be handled at Enforcement.Xbox.com.

    There a case review can be filed so that the Enforcement Team may review the case.

    They can enforce any code break from previous reports. I can be due to getting around to the report and checking if there was a code break. But yes you need to log into the enforcement page, And if the comms suspension is over 24 hours you can ask for a
    case review.

    To do a case review/Appeal you need to do a question air which will appear after you press case review. You can only do one case review per case and to pass the question air, If you read up the code of conduct page on the enforcement page to help you pass
    it.

    You would need to use the Enforcement Website to get more information on this issue https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    Sign in, Click on the hammer on the left and you will see your suspension details. You also might be able to apply for a case review on the right.

    Also all reports are reviewed manually by an Enforcement Agent within 24-48 hours after the report has been filed.

    The questionnaire is straight forward really, Each question is very easy to answer correctly providing you understand what is right and wrong on the xbox live services.

    If you get a question wrong then you have no option to wait for 24 hours to try again, The case review is your only way of having your enforcement reviewed.

    There are no "Enforcement forums". The Xbox Enforcement team do not post here on the forums at all. They are only contacted through their
    website with a case review.

    If you cannot submit a case review, there is probably an error with the Enforcement website right now. You'll have to try again later.
