enforcement can u please review my bans

When you sign into the enforcement site and look at your case does it still show as being under review?

If not what does the status of the case review say?

there’s no place I can contact anybody from the enforcement team to take a second look at my lifted suspension, I’ve already tried the case review while waiting for my ban to end, so now that is had ended I cannot submit another case review or even a message
regarding my account

The only people that you can contact for support about the enforcement action
on an account is the Xbox Enforcement Team is through the case review process.

- Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

Console bans are typically issued if the console has been found to be tampered with, used for account fraud, or used for repeated violations of the Code of Conduct/MSA. Please note that the Enforcement team do not browse the forums, so they do not answer
to these types of threads.

They do not give details about why a console was banned. If your account was affected by an enforcement action as well, you can view more details
here on Enforcement (after logging in). If eligible, you can submit a case review.

Well if that's the case then I want all my money back that I spent on this system... thats ridiculous that I get banned for someone else hacking into my account an getting m ban for no reason... would be nice if the enforcement team would actually read

As Squid CA mentioned, you may have the option to submit a Case Review through the enforcement website. The enforcement teams do not visit the forums, they only communicate through the case review process. You can learn more on how to submit a Case Review

if u get an enforcement issue as a ambassador u lose ur ambassador and are banned from the program, unless u have them review the case and u get it removed.
