Enforcement, but I don't know why and how long I've been suspended

So, here's the facts: I received an enforcement alert on my mail which I thought was a scam, because I don't play online since February and I never messaged any other player, but then I opened my Gamepass app in my phone discovering it was for real.

And here's my question, why I can't sign-in with the link where you are supposed to see enforcement history and whatever? I tried many times to log in, but it's impossible, every time the page reload itself and nothing happen, I can't even type my username and password.

Not being able to log-in in the site I can't even submit a review on my case, since I'm sure it's a big mistake.

When I tap the message it open the enforcement page link but I can't sign in and it didn't show me anything about my account

Hello I have exactly the same problem as you from what you said. I found a technique to play online: I unplug the 2 cables of my console (HDMI and power) and I unplug them from the wall too, I wait 30 sec and I reconnect then I turn on the console (WITH the CONTROLER) so that the console is directly connected to your account. It has been working since the beginning more than 2 weeks ago. I have tried everything I think you too but it is the only thing that works for me in any case, unfortunately as you can see Xbox does not care about players banned unfairly and do not want to make any effort even not accept the questions concerning the ban which are very often abuse and unfair very honestly sometimes I think to go to PlayStation after everything I have done for Xbox they do this to us I take it as a huge lack of respect and scamming because I just buying the series x .
