enforcement but can't log in to see what or why

I received an email that there is an enforcement on my son's account (it's my microsoft account, but his xbox). However, when I try to see what the enforcement is, how long, why, etc, there's nothing. It just sends me to a generic page about Xbox enforcement in general (i.e. what it is, etc.). It won't let me log in, won't let me do anything to see what is going on. I've tried over 15 support pages to at least try to figure out why I can't even log in to see the orange handshake. At this point, I have no clue what's happening. Not what the enforcement is, not for how long it will be, not why. Nothing. Just a generic page.

*Edit to add: I can't log in at all, not even to see enforcement history or ask for a review.

Hello again J, , have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

Yes, I have tried from multiple browsers on multiple devices. I don't even get an error message. It just doesn't go to a sign in page and continues to show the generic screen. I get there's an enforcement from the email. I can't even do it from the Xbox itself as it won't let the controller move. Same for the Xbox app on the pc.

Hello J.Wag, when you say you can't log in to the Enforcement page, when you try to get an error message, or it keeps forever carrying something like that.

However, have you tried logging in through another browser or on another internet network like your mobile phone?

They need to go to the Xbox Enforcement website and log in with their own account to see what enforcement action was taken. We can't check this for them.

You need to log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see what enforcement action was taken and the reason why.

Note that enforcements are not instant, it can can take several days or even weeks for an enforcement action to take place. They don't issue these for no reason.
