Enforcement bug

Okay so on like June 8 2017 I was coms banned, just like always out of the blue, so I didn't think much of it. First day of me being banned I get a message that tells me I cant play online now, at first it ticked me off. But then I was like ok Ill do something
else. So after waiting miserably for two weeks of not playing online and talking to anyone. I hop on, I try to hit up one of my friends but it says I'm still banned, so I go see if I could play online, and I can. So I go to enforcement.xbox.com to look at
my history. It said I have no current bans, so I hit up Microsofts customer service, and they look into it. They tell me that I just got banned again, so I said hold up fam, how did I get banned again, I was already coms banned and banned from online multiplayer,
so there is literally NO way I violated the code of conduct because I couldn't do anything. So I sigh in disbelief and ask how long the ban is. She tells me I get unbanned on the 21 of September of 2017, it is currently JUNE. That's like TWO...TWOOOOOO months.
How do I get a two month coms ban while I'm already coms banned and banned from online. This just aint adding up man, I cant make this up, I have been banned for no reason, not only that, if it was just two weeks I wouldn't care because I'm used to being banned
for two weeks, but maaan this is two whole MONTHS maybe more if my calculator is broke. But this new two month ban still does not exist in my enforcement history, so its got to be a bug, because I couldn't do anything to deserve this ban, and it is not showing
as and actual ban. Someone please tell me the enforcement team is trolling me, because this is just straight up ridiculous. Someone please help me with this issue, I can not wait till September 21 of this year.

Enforcement Action Bug

My account received multiple Enforcements a while back, and they both ended before 4:09 yesterday. That was what the latest one said the enforcements would be lifted. Now they're both gone, and when I log in to the enforcement screen on this website it says
there's nothing currently enforced on my account.

I'm currently able to use multiplayer again, however my communications ban is still in effect for some reason.

I did that live chat thing with a person and they checked my account and said nothing on there was permanent so I definitely shouldn't still be banned from communications because all of them ended.

As a paying customer, I'd like to know why a service I'm paying for is not being given and without any idea why.

https://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review.

When you say you have bug preventing you from submitting a case review - you need to be a bit more descriptive of the issue as the website can be accessed by a number of browsers on a number of computer operating systems.

 

I also got Coms banned but I can't even see how long... They really need to fix those "bug"

So you have been banned multiple times for 2 weeks? Is that right? multiple 2 week bans?

You do realize that the suspensions are progressive going from a day to a week to 2 weeks? Multiple 2 week suspensions used to lead to an outright account ban but under the new policy you can be banned a last time for up to 90 days. After that the ban is
permanent.

I would stop doing whatever it is you are doing to get banned in the first place as you probably don't have any more chances left.

No one gets banned for nothing.
