    these enforcement people must be stupid! Banning people for no Reason... just a money making scam yet again it' absolutely disgusting!!!! Younger losing customers rapidly because of this poor service and well you lost another 1!

    You issue bans and don't even have a enforcement team who we can contact which I think is poor and well... shows the cowardness in what you are doing! This is fraud!

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    Either read the email you were sent telling you the reason or go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.That's how you contact the enforcement team.

    You are told what is & isn't allowed on xbox live & what will happen if you break those rules,rules you agreed to follow.

    Nothing fraudulent going on there.
