    Enforcement Ban


    Hey there my main xbox account that i used to buy all of my games has been permanently banned for sending abusive messages which i know i am dumb for not listening to the warnings. But anyway i made a new account thinking i would be able to just play the
    games i brought on my banned account on my new account but it turns out that is not the case. I have well over $500 worth of games and xbox live gold on that and now it is all gone. I know this is completly my fault but i want my games back or just my account
    back. I didnt even think a couple of meessages could end up with my account being banned for ever. I got my account i would never send hurtful message ever again because i dont want to risk losing my account. Here is my case number 1376940828 i was given this
    microsoft support. Thanks

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    Enforcement Ban

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but if the enforcement team upholds their decision there is nothing else you can do. When you are banned you forfeit everything

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

    Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

    There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

    i was suspended from xbox, i don’t know if it’s permanent or not and it won’t show up on the microsoft website

    It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.
