    Enforcement Ban


    Dear all,

    how can we get an explaination on a ban coming from enforcement xbox live.

    It appears our kid, playing different games, has been banned for a one day period in a first time but now for 7 days without any explaination so that, as parents we even do not know what happend

    This is absolutely not a good way to get our childrens playing in a good way.

    Moreover how can we accept to pay for a service which not available. It is like if my phone provider was listening to all my conversations and shutt down my line.

    Please let me know how we can just get back to a normal situation or at least explanations.

    Hi,

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

    Random Console Ban

    Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

    There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

    i was suspended from xbox, i don’t know if it’s permanent or not and it won’t show up on the microsoft website

    It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.
